Building financial capacity helps families and individuals to achieve their long term goals. Our multiple educational offerings include finding affordable rental opportunities, buying a home, financial management, foreclosure prevention, home maintenance, and energy efficiency. This knowledge empowers, energizes, and boosts individuals on their path to financial security.
We expand rental opportunities
for those in need
Through our administration of both the HUD Section 8 voucher program, and our VASH (Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing) vouchers, we help secure affordable rental housing for families, seniors, and veterans. We also professionally manage 21 rental properties throughout Western New York for seniors, families, and individuals with disabilities

healthy and safe
We strive to help empower individuals with the knowledge they need to keep their homes healthy and safe. Through the Green and Healthy Homes Initiative, we are able to provide free education programs to qualifying households. We are also committed to our partnership with the City of Buffalo in implementing the Lead Hazard Control Program here in WNY.
