Moderate Rehabilitation Units

Some apartments offer rental assistance tied to the unit, not the tenant. This means you receive rent help only while living in the unit, and the assistance stays with the unit for the next eligible renter if you move out. Current voucher holders cannot use their vouchers in Moderate Rehabilitation apartments.

To apply, contact the landlord about vacancies. If selected, the landlord will provide an application to submit to Belmont Housing Resources for WNY, which will determine your eligibility for rental assistance. No waiting list is required for this program.
